Jen Dinenberg - KIND Financial

Jen Dinenberg is responsible for the company’s overall operations and ensures cohesion across the company’s marketing, public relations, community outreach, investor relations, human resources, and corporate leadership strategies.  Jen is also responsible for building and sustaining the organizational culture, a key component for Kind Financial to achieve its vision and mission.

From 1996 until 2002, Jen Dinenberg served as Director of Sales & Marketing at TSG Incorporated where she was responsible for sales force enablement, administration, attainment planning, business analytics, sales operations mandate, and design. During her tenure at TSG, Jen increased the company’s sales revenue by over 20 percent.

Jen was named as the highest earning individual fundraiser by The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s annual “Light the Night Walk” and was invited to be the Philadelphia Chapter chairwoman for the organization. She was responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for individual and corporate supporter recruitment and relationship development, organizing and managing volunteers to carry out various functions and balancing time-cost ratios to focus efforts on the most appropriate fundraising activities with the highest chance of success.  Jen is also a passionate supporter of The Abramson Cancer Center and The Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania.   Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Tulane University.
