KIND’s Tech Support Specialist is responsible for inbound and outbound calling to work through technical web site issues with the clients using our systems.   The ideal candidate should be proficient at relaying technical information in an easy to understand format.  Great phone communication skills are also expected. Training will be provided for this role.

Preferred Location:  East Coast – Rhode Island

Core Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Working with clients to provide technical support on a day-to-day basis.
