KIND Financial is a leading provider of merchant processing/payment solutions, and compliance technology for the cannabis industry. Our mobile payment platform, KindPay, is a bank-supported, closed loop system that allows consumers to make cash-free mobile payments to approved merchants. KindPay is accepted at approved retailers nationwide and looking to expand our network.

KIND is seeking an Outside Sales Representatives with experience selling within the cannabis industry. We offer a base salary plus commission, travel expense reimbursement, and future growth opportunities including health insurance and additional benefits.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Direct/Outbound Sales
    • Develop, identify and secure relevant sales prospects through networking, outbound calls, appointment setting
    • Forecast expected lead-to-close ratios based on historical numbers
    • Set-up and attend calls and meetings with prospects
    • Proposal follow-up and support to close sales and achieve or exceed any assigned sales quotas and goals
    • Close sales in line with any expected quotas and goals
    • Travel in support of sales or training meetings, customer site visits, and/or trade shows as required or requested.
  • Reseller/Partner Sales
    • Identifying appropriate resellers
    • Brainstorm on a strategy to secure productive resellers
    • Manage resellers
    • Develop a regular communication strategy to maximize reseller production.
  • Closing Inbound Leads
    • Ensure all Inbound Leads are followed up on in a timely manner
  • Ongoing Sales Support
    • Reporting and Tracking on Sales Opportunities and Pipeline
    • Enter and Update all Opportunities in Company Project Management System
    • Enter Activities associated with specific opportunities
    • Create Activities for other departments after closing sale
    • Refine and improve on marketing materials as needed
    • Brainstorm on new marketing projects, campaigns, promotions, Workshops, seminars, etc.
    • Maintain telephone contact with the sales team as it grows
    • Contact with customers as required or requested
    • Work closely with internal team and other sales channels to ensure high customer satisfaction.
